Refund & Returns Policy — sway.

Thank you for supporting sway. Every drop is produced in limited quantities, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, color, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
1) Damaged or Defective Items (the only exception)
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, we’ll make it right.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of:

the item,
-
the area of damage/defect, and
-
the mailer/box and shipping label.

Resolution: At our discretion, we will replace the item (subject to stock) or issue store credit. If a replacement isn’t available, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Not covered: normal wear, loose threads or minor cosmetic variations, damage from washing/improper care, misuse, or any issues reported after the 7-day window.
2) Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. We can’t guarantee edits or cancellations once placed. Email support@swaygolf.co immediately and we’ll help if timing allows.
3) Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once a package is scanned as delivered to the address provided at checkout, risk passes to the customer. For lost/stolen packages, please contact the carrier to file a claim; we’ll assist with documentation where possible.
4) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to an updated address; additional shipping charges will apply. If you prefer a refund in this scenario, it will exclude original shipping.
5) Final-Sale Items
All items are final sale, including discounted pieces, limited drops, accessories, and gift cards.
6) Color & Material Variations
Product color may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and fabric dye lots. These variations are not considered defects.
7) International Orders (if applicable)
Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. We do not accept returns on international orders except for damaged/defective items as outlined above.
8) How to Start a Damage/Defect Claim

Include order number + photos (item, defect, mailer/label).

Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Wait for our authorization and next steps (replacement, store credit, or refund if replacement unavailable).
