Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states and D.C.). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Carriers

All orders ship via USPS. Service level (e.g., Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) is selected at our discretion based on weight, value, and destination.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During drops and promotions, processing may take an extra business day.

Delivery estimates

  • Typical USPS transit time is 2–7 business days after your order ships, depending on destination and service level.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75+ (before tax/discounts).

  • Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout (non-refundable).

  • Free-shipping orders will use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at our discretion.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship to an updated address; additional postage will apply.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Risk of loss passes when USPS marks the package delivered to the address provided at checkout. For packages that are delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact USPS to file a claim. We’ll assist with documentation when possible.

Preorders & split shipments

  • Preorder items ship on/around the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes preorder and in-stock items, we may hold the entire order to ship together or ship separately at our discretion.

  • Shipping fees (if any) apply per shipment.

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to international addresses.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

  • Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
